These terms apply when you use birthfortune.com ("BirthFortune"), run by DX3 (Singapore) ("DX3", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a report you agree to them.

Entertainment only
BirthFortune gives you a personality reading based on your birthday, written with the help of AI. Every reading and report is for entertainment only. It is not advice of any kind (including medical, legal, financial or psychological advice) and it does not predict the future. Do not rely on it to make decisions.

Using the site

  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission.
  • Enter accurate details and use the site lawfully.
  • Do not copy, resell or scrape the site or its readings.

Buying the Full Report

  • The price is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • The Full Report is a digital product delivered instantly after payment.
  • All sales are final. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent permitted by law. No refunds are given once the report is delivered or accessed, except for a duplicate charge or a report that was never delivered and cannot be fixed. See our Refund Policy.
  • If you have a problem with a payment, email support@birthfortune.com first, before you ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback.

Our content
The site, its design and the readings belong to us. You may keep and share your own reading for personal use.

No warranties
The site and all readings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DX3 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report.

Changes to the service
DX3 may change, suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Disputes and governing law
If you have a complaint or dispute, please email support@birthfortune.com first so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
