Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Full Report is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Once it has been delivered or accessed, it is not refundable.

Your consent at checkout
When you pay, you ask us to deliver the report immediately and you agree that, because of this, you give up any right to withdraw or cancel (sometimes called a cooling-off period), to the extent the law allows.

The only exceptions
We will refund you only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate charge), or
• Your report was never delivered and we cannot fix the problem.

How to ask
Email support@birthfortune.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. Please contact us before asking your bank or card issuer for a chargeback. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.
